1. What a cookie is here
“Cookie” in this policy covers cookies and the equivalent browser storage mechanisms — local storage and session storage — because they raise the same questions and are treated the same way in law.

That is the whole list. Both are strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for, which is why they do not require consent. Neither is readable by anyone but this site and neither contains anything that identifies you.
3. The three categories
Strictly necessary
Required for the shop to work at all: keeping a cart, remembering your cookie choice, and keeping the connection secure. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site, and under the ePrivacy rules they do not require consent.
Analytics
Would tell us which pages are read and where people give up. None are currently in use. If we ever add analytics we will list the provider and its retention period in this table before switching it on, and it will remain off until you consent.
Marketing
Would track you across other sites to show advertising. None are in use and we do not intend to use any. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not share data with advertising networks, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. Third parties
We embed no third-party content on this site: no social widgets, no maps, no video players, no commenting systems, no chat widgets, no font requests to third-party servers. Typefaces are served from our own domain. Nothing on a page you read here reports back to anyone else.
When you go through to payment you leave this site for our payment provider’s page, which sets its own cookies under its own policy in order to process the payment and detect fraud.
5. Your choice, and how to change it
The banner you saw on your first visit records a decision. Because we currently set nothing in the analytics or marketing categories, choosing “Accept all” and “Necessary only” have exactly the same practical effect today; the choice is recorded so that it is respected if that ever changes.
To change your answer, clear this site’s data in your browser and reload the page:
- Chrome and Edge: the icon at the left of the address bar → Cookies and site data → Manage on-device site data → delete.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → find polarbearleathergoods.shop → Remove.
- Firefox: the padlock in the address bar → Clear cookies and site data.
6. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it: we treat it as a refusal of all non-essential storage and as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and we do not show you the banner at all. You do not have to do anything else.
