Why it is like this
The adapter slot is a closed leather pocket rather than a loop, because an adapter with pins folded away still finds a way out of a loop.
Rolled it is 24 mm across, which fits the long pocket of most cabin bags without deforming them.
Natural marks are not faults
Grain varies across a hide. Growth wrinkles, healed insect marks, range scars and shade differences between panels are characteristics of the material and are not grounds on their own for a defect claim. Every article is still covered by the ordinary 30-day return if you simply do not want it.
