Why it is like this
A5 is the ceiling for everything we make. It is the largest thing you can hold in one hand at a counter without it becoming a folder you put down.
The A5 sleeve is open along the top edge only, so paper goes in fast and does not slide out sideways when the folio is carried closed under an arm.
Natural marks are not faults
Grain varies across a hide. Growth wrinkles, healed insect marks, range scars and shade differences between panels are characteristics of the material and are not grounds on their own for a defect claim. Every article is still covered by the ordinary 30-day return if you simply do not want it.
