Why it is like this
A boarding pass in a general-purpose pocket has to be found. In a slot cut to its own width it can only be in one place, and it comes out with the passport in the same grip.
The slot takes up to four passes stacked, which covers a connection and a travelling pair.
Natural marks are not faults
Grain varies across a hide. Growth wrinkles, healed insect marks, range scars and shade differences between panels are characteristics of the material and are not grounds on their own for a defect claim. Every article is still covered by the ordinary 30-day return if you simply do not want it.
