Why it is like this
Matching tags on two bags defeat the point of a tag. These ship as one chestnut and one natural, which read differently even at the far end of a hall.
Both are the C-02 body with the privacy flap.
Natural marks are not faults
Grain varies across a hide. Growth wrinkles, healed insect marks, range scars and shade differences between panels are characteristics of the material and are not grounds on their own for a defect claim. Every article is still covered by the ordinary 30-day return if you simply do not want it.
